I created a new custom resource to draw shapes on. After drawing some shapes and saving the resource, every time I open that resource the map is zoomed out to the whole globe.
If I view the metadata and click Location I can see the centre is 0,0 and the bounding box is [-90, -180, 90, 180].
When editing the metadata there is a Location and Licences tab, but the bounds are neither shown nor editable. Under Basic metadata I can zoom in on the map to update the thumbnail, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere I can see to update the map bounds.
How do I set the default centre and bounds for the map source?
Shouldn't the default behaviour be to zoom to the extent of any existing shapes anyway, regardless of the declared bounds?
Thanks,
Scott
