openEHR International Ambassador Japan – term renewal (formal letter
attached as below)

The openEHR International Board would like to thank you so much for
the work you have done on behalf of openEHR in your role as Ambassador
Japan and would like to formally invite you to continue your role for
another 2-year term.

Terms of Reference for the Ambassador role is available to view online
HERE. Please look at them before agreeing to another term and if you
have any queries let me know.

Thank you again for all you do and your efforts in promoting openEHR
