Restore Deleted Survey

I would like to kindly request your assistance in restoring a survey that was accidentally deleted from the main setup menu.

If there is any possibility of recovering it or any backup available, I would greatly appreciate your support.

Assuming you are on Windows: have you checked the Recycle Bin?
