OpendTect 7.0.0 Official Release

Dear OpendTect users,
We have made a new major release of our
software: OpendTect 7.0.0, which is now available for
installation/update.
To install or update to the new version, either use the
'Installation -> Update' option from the Utilities menu in
OpendTect or download the Installation Manager from our download
center:

All commercial and academic users of OpendTect using a
server-based license will need to ensure that the license server
is running at least version 11.17.2 of the Flexera license
management software (lmgrd). The required compatible software can
be found within the OpendTect installation of either v7.0.0 or
v6.6.10, and on our
website.
At the moment commercial plugins by dGB Earth Sciences,
Estimages, Geo5 and WM Seismic Solutions are directly available
for download. Plugins from the other vendors should follow
shortly.
