Inline, crossline and step toolbar

For some reason I have lost the inline, crossline and step navigation toolbar.

Can somebody help me to restore it?

Hi Jordaan,

Please make sure your Position Toolbar is not hidden. Sometimes it appears with a double arrow, as in the attached image, if your toolbar is too crowded:

Please also make sure the 'Slice Position' tools are enabled under the View menu --> Toolbars.
