Hello all, i wanted to save a 3D scene in PDF format for easy and clear reports. However, the PDF 3D plugin is not functioning well, it only gives a dark blank image, could this be plugin issue or there are adjustments i need to make to have a normal image. find attached a pdf file sample. Thank you for your kind response and guidance.

Dear Adamu,

I've not seen this before, but it reminds me of graphics problems seen on older graphics cards that do not support "shading". Please try switching off the two OpenGL shading options to see if that solves the problem. (Utilities menu->Look and Feel).

If that does not work, try saving the scene as a glTF for sharing via your browser.

Best regards,

Paul.

Make sure you are using Adobe acrobat reader to open 3DPDF, sometimes the PDF opens in default browser e.g. edge or chrome and sure 3D will not work there.
Usually Adobe will ask you to enable 3D multimedia content
