I'm pretty certain that loaddap is not finding the
writedap helper application. If writedap is in /usr/local/bin and that
directory is not on your PATH, then I think it should still work, but
try this: Copy writedap (or make a soft link) to /usr/bin. I'm certain
that is on PATH.

This time some other errors it is giving

I don't know the this link is having data or not
