Thanks for reaching out! We are reaching to the LPDAAC to see if this collection will be made available again via the opendap service. 

In the mean time, the granules for that collection are still available via Earthdata Search for download as hdf. For example here:

I just heard from the LPDAAC, and the OPeNDAP service point to this collection is back up again. Give it a try and let me know if you continue to have issues accessing data. I checked and it works for me.
