Merra-2 data error question

Dear NASA:

I met some problem when I download your Merra-2 data, which titled "MERRA-2 tavg1_2d_aer_Nx: 2d,1-Hourly,Time-averaged,Single-Level,Assimilation,Aerosol Diagnostics V5.12.4 (M2T1NXAER)", and it jumped to the page that i showed.

Hi Feng,

It looks like there is a cache problem on the system running the BES for MERR2 collection. I think this is related to the issue I emailed you about yesterday. The error is coming from deep in the HDF5 library so I am thinking it’s a disk full problem, but I am not sure.

Can you have a look at this?

SA is supposed to just fix the HDF lib problem. Please ask user try again and let us know if still has issues.
