Hello,

I received the following error message attempting to download more SAGE III profiles using either Safari or Chrome (I used this method last week without issue). Any advice is appreciated.

BES Client Failed To Start. Message: 'Could not connect to host localhost on port 10022. Connection refused (Connection refused)'
