Dear Sir

I use the Hyrax 1.7.0RC1 under mac os X 10.6.3.

I would like to do symbolic link my data directory(MOVE) to the data location of hyrax (/usr/local/opendap/server/hyrax-1.7/share/hyrax/data/nc).

Fist
cd /usr/local/opendap/server/hyrax-1.7/share/hyrax/data/nc
ln -s /Users/takayanamba/MOVE ./
ls -lt
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root         wheel       23 Jun 22 01:36 MOVE -> /Users/takayanamba/MOVE

Then I edited /usr/local/opendap/servers/hyrax-1.7/etc/bes/bes.conf

BES.FollowSymLinks=Yes
BES.Catalog.catalog.FollowSymLinks=Yes

and then
besctl start

When I go to
I could not see MOVE directory(symbolic linked).

Could you tell me how to solve the problem?

Best Regards,
Takaya Namba

There is a similar setting for FollowSymLinks in the /usr/local/opendap/servers/hyrax-1.7/etc/bes/modules/dap.conf file. I would try modifying that, then restart bes and tomcat.
