OLFS 1.9.1 released

OLFS-1.9.1 Release as part of Hyrax 1.8.0

I just updated the current OLFS release for Hyrax 1.8.0. We found a couple of small issues in the OLFS-1.9.0 code and wanted to push a patch out right away. This does not affect the overall Hyrax version. If you have already downloaded Hyrax-1.8.0 you only need to update your OLFS distribution to the 1.9.1 package to get the full benefit of this upgrade.
