keyword case sensitivity...

The DAP2 spec indicates that type names (e.g. byte)
are case insensitive. It is silent AFAIK on whether other
keywords are case sensitive or not. Examples include
"error" vs "Error" and "alias" vs "Alias".
What say you.

They are case sensitive too, but I think I actually implemented code that is not - I cannot quite remember and I cannot check right now.
