You requested the config.log file in the github issue.Attached are the config.log and DASTest.log files for when I ran the build with and withoutI believe the "without" should be the proper way to build it to be sure not to mix up different versions of dependencies, and from the config.log it seems like it finds the uuid libs. As far as I can tell, it does have an issue with the libxml2 version when using built-in libuuid, which seems strange for me - but I do not know much about how shared libraries and linkage and these things works.And it seems it's not only my machine, Travis is having the same issue:For all I know, it might be related to something conda specific.
