Can NCML handler blend data from two different data collections into one output?

If I had, say, a data file without geolocation, and another one with the corresponding geolocation, is it possible to use the NCML handler to blend the geolocation info from the one with the data in the other?

You would need to encode the geo-location data in NCML.
