HI All:
I am getting old and slow, and I find the Hyrax docs hard to follow, in particular when using Docker which I am new to. I have a Hyrax Docker installation successfully running on Ubuntu, but it shows all the files as separate files. I would like to aggregate files. I have existing thredds catalog.xml files that do that, but it is unclear how to map that to the Docker Hyrax instance, Right now running:
sudo /usr/bin/docker run -h hyrax -p 8080:8080 --volume /PFELData3/satellite:/usr/share/hyrax --name=hyrax opendap/hyrax_ncwms:latest -n
http://localhost:8080
what do I need to do to add the catalogs, say they are at /u00/thredds/catalogs.
Also I noticed that this is Hyrax 1.16. If use the snapshot will that give me Hyrax 1.17, and is that safe to do.
Thanks for any help and happy new year.
-Roy
