[brigade-stabilization] Operational Matters

Good morning all, 

Hope everyone had a good weekend. 

David and I caught up last Thursday and agreed on immediate steps forward that need to be taken: 

1. Kick-off follow-up needs to be set-up - please refer to this thread
   
2. Resource profile of the brigade needs to be finalised initial sign-up list is available in kick-off agenda and notes here, but also I have received some input through Robert Soukup that EdgeCore might be willing to pledge some testing / development resources - I will update once I have managed to get hold of Mark Basham 
3. Start collection of Test Cases - David had set-up a repository here. Please review and contribute. These efforts are envisaged to be merged with efforts of Northforge - action is with me for alignment
4. Also as Stabilization is a landmark evolutional phase for VOLTHA, I have taken the liberty to set-up a new page in CORD wiki where we can have a centralised overview of all our artefacts that also could be easily accessible to the team and the public.
