Meeting times for OCI Reference types working group

Welcome back into a new year! 

I'm sending this out to make sure this gets to all the people who want to be involved in the new reference types working group, planning on a weekly meeting unless we find that bi-weekly makes more sense.

Based on this, it looks like Tuesdays at 11am Pacific is the time that the most people can make. 

Object now, I will put this meeting on the calendars tomorrow ~EOD Pacific time unless someone gives me a reason not to. 

(The only time I blocked out was the Dev meeting, so there are likely conflicts!)
