Addition to the security-announce list

Dear TOB Members,

Earlier this year,  OCI received an application from Huawei to join the security-announce mailing list. I'm writing to let you know that that application has been reviewed and processed accordingly. Because OCI is a specification/standard (and project code is directly connected to the specification), our legal partners have determined that it qualifies for the standards-related exemption from US export control restrictions, and so there is no regulatory barrier for Huawei's participation on this list.
