Happy Monday, with a return from the US Thanksgiving break.

A reminder that we agreed to vote by Wednesday, December 1, 2021, with a tally on the Thursday OCI call.

I made the clarifying change, so I believe we’re ready to vote: https://github.com/opencontainers/tob/pull/103

I’m adding Chris to kick off the voting process.

My preference would be to vote just on the pull request, we can call that vote today if there's consensus in the TOB.

I'm fairly happy with the proposed charter but I defer to the TOB on the formal vote here:

Ok, so basically just a normal PR approval? Makes sense.

There were no other questions raised after clarifying sponsors vs. stakeholders, so I’m not sure what else to wait for. Do we need a vote to decide if we should vote?

I believe we should just vote on the PR itself; I don't think we need any more formal methods but I couldn't remember if there was a requirement to use a formal service.

I've put in my vote as I think it's time to move forward.

Thanks!
- Phil

All y'all need is 2/3 super majority vote of the TOB and will be good to go, that can be done on GitHub.

Good luck!
