We have some topics for this week, including the doodle poll for identifying a new timeslot:

OCI Weekly Discussion - HackMD

Actionable Agenda Items:

  • Doodle to collect possible new times for this meeting

Presentation/Discussion Agenda Items:

  • Continue discussion from 2021-07-07 on what is valid for an index entry (manifests only or allow blobs too) (Brandon)
  • Next steps for working groups, and how to proceed with reference types (Steve)

Is the doodle still open or are the votes closed and to be discussed today?  I would have loved to join the weekly meetings but my brain doesn't function properly at midnight.  The doodle gives me hope they may get moved closer to EU working hours.

In case of conflict, would rotating the hours by week be an option?

Kind regards,
 Valentin

Jason initiated the doodle. Please add your times and comments to the doodle.
Id propose we discuss the point of time rotation today.
Ive heard having alternating times between weeks has been difficult to manage.
Should we rotate for a period of 3 months so folks have consistent times, even if awkward for a bit?
US early times have worked for EU and Asia. Is that a reasonable option?

Yes, that would work for me.

Kind regards,

We had some agenda items we didn’t complete this week.

While John is collating the doodle poll response, please post or copy any items folks would like to discuss July 14th.
