Hi,

We are running a couple of pyca's on the same server and wondering if someone has a running pyca managment system / process.

The idea is that the config for a pyca could sit somewhere and you can spin up the code with the config to have a functional capture agent.

There are some docker images (quay.io/opencast/pyca) but they are 3 years old and contain some vulnerabilities (https://quay.io/repository/opencast/pyca?tab=tags&tag=latest). Wondering if they are fine to use in production?

Thanks and all the best,
Corné Oosthuizen

Hi Corné,

Updating the public pyCA container images is still on my TODO list. Currently, I wouldn’t use them in production, but you should be able to easily build your own and use those. On our CAs we run pyCA in containers within a one-node Kubernetes cluster. We use Helm to package and parameterize the deployment.

Best regards
Matthias
