Opencast 14.4 and 13.11 in Debian Testing

Hi all,

Opencast 14.4 and 13.11 are now in testing, they should hit stable early next week.  For those who are looking for JDK 17 support, Opencast 14.4 and newer are now formally supporting the newer JDK.

for those using RPM based linux, should Opencast 13.11 be available too?
