Zip error in Java 11.0.20.0 and 17.0.8

Hi,

FYI there is a bug in recent java builds 11.0.20.0 and 17.0.8 that I have found affects Opencast. The ingest-service-impl bundle will not open because there was an error 

`Caused by: java.util.zip.ZipException: Invalid CEN header (invalid zip64 extra data field size)`

Either stick with 11.0.19.x or get v11.0.20.1 if available:

This issue is known and there's already a fix for Opencast: https://github.com/opencast/opencast/pull/5158 (Also see https://github.com/opencast/opencast/pull/5157).
