Information about subtitles editor

I once read something about a subtitle editor and i wanted more information about it.
It will be available from the new video editor ?
Opencast 12.0 will contain it ?

You're waiting on https://github.com/opencast/opencast-editor/pull/638, which isn't merged yet.  Hopefully soon!
