thanks for hosting. Here is a summary of what we talked about; additionally the meeting was recorded.

     1. in 2weeks
     2. currently in public QA
     3. please test the current releases
     4. try the new release on https://stable.opencast.org/admin-ng/index.html

     7. polish translation is endagered
     8. still looking through all the pull requests against OC 13
     9. interesting features at the next adopter's meeting
     10. theodul player is about to be removed (in OC 13 it's just deactivated); use pealla instead
     11. new plugin mechanism

     1. 12.4 and 12.5 released; c.f. https://docs.opencast.org/r/12.x/admin/#releasenotes/#opencast-125 
     2. you can now edit subtitles, but you have to enable this feature c.f. https://github.com/opencast/opencast/blob/r/12.x/etc/ui-config/mh_default_org/editor/editor-settings.toml#L55
     3. paella player redirect broke in 12.5; there is a patch pending; only affects you if your users log in through opencast and you run admin and paella on different nodes or send users to videos directly
