Opencast 7.6 and 8.1 Security Releases

Hi everyone,
I'm happy to announce that Opencast 7.6 and 8.1 have been released by
their respective release managers (Thanks, Max and Rüdiger). Both are
important security releases fixing several security issues of various
seventies in addition to the usual bug-fixes. We strongly suggest an
update.

Both releases are already available through all of the usual channels:

- Release tarballs are available for download on GitHub
- Debian/Ubuntu packages are built and already in stable
- RPM (CentOS/SL/RHEL 7) packages are built and already in stable
- RPM (CentOS/RHEL 8) packages are in testing (there is no stable repo yet)
- (Docker) container are available from Quay.io


Thanks to all who helped out to make this release as well as the quick
distribution possible. A special thanks to the University of Bern who
financed the work on the security issues as part of the ongoing
crowdfunding campaign.
