[Moodle] NO Community-Meeting this week

Hi all,
This week many Moodle devs are at the MoodleMoot DACH in Vienna. We will therefore _not_ meet on Wednesday.
Later in September we will have the Opencast DACH with a dedicated day for the LMS plugins. I think the discussions there will be more strategic. We can come back to regular topics in October.
