Hello,

we are running an Opencast-installation (built from source, actually 2.3.1, with wowza module) for testing purposes and are deploying the builds via jenkins.
At the moment I copy the builds on the nodes (after shutdown of all opencast-instances) and restoring our config-files afterwards.
Whereas the search index of the media module on the presentation node is re-built on restart, all recordings in the AdminUI have vanished.

Therefore my questions: Where gets the AdminUI its data from? And is there a way to preserve the recordings in the AdminUI?

Regards,
Martin

Hi Martin

The AdminUI uses an elasticsearch index that could be in a different location to the solr indexes.

To rebuild it, go to:

/docs.html?path=/admin-ng/index

on your Opencast server, click on Testing form and then click on Submit.

Regards

Stephen
