OCDS for Public Private Partnerships 1.0.0-beta3 release

Hi all,

We are happy to announce version 1.0.0-beta3 of the OCDS for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) profile.

The main change is to bring OCDS for PPPs into alignment with OCDS. OCDS for PPPs no longer removes or renames fields from OCDS. This simplifies its implementation and use. Publishers no longer need to choose between OCDS for PPPs or OCDS, since OCDS for PPPs is now just OCDS plus extensions (like bids and risk alllocation).

Other changes include:

• Upgrade the profile to OCDS 1.1.5
• Upgrade extensions to their latest versions
• Remove extensions that were not referenced in the framework guidance from the profile
• Add a link to the release schema as a CSV spreadsheet
