Framework agreement guidance in OCDS - Guía de Acuerdos Marco en OCDS

I'm pleased to share our updated guidance on how to map framework agreement procedures in OCDS. You can find the complete guide including worked examples here. 

The guide follows the UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement (2011) concepts and definitions and therefore, reflects the procurement practices and concepts used in many different jurisdictions.

A special thanks to Chile Compra, Peru Compras, and Paraguay (DNCP) who helped by discussing and/or testing the approaches to modeling framework agreements.
