The Open Contracting Partnership is seeking a software development team to develop a technological solution (Credere) that facilitates the participation of Micro, Small, and Medium businesses (MSMEs) in the Colombian public procurement market. The tool would allow MSMEs to access financial credits more easily and quickly to execute the contracts that have been awarded to them.
