Consultancy: implementation of the Open Contracting Data Standard for the City of Portland

The Open Contracting Partnership is seeking a consultant to support the development of software that maps the City of Portland contracting data from different data systems into the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) and makes these data sets available as open data for download.
