Hi everyone,

I’m working on a case-prioritization system for human review using public procurement data. The goal is not to “detect fraud” automatically, but to identify buyer–supplier relationships showing unusual patterns — for example excessive concentration, persistent dominance, high frequency in a short period of time, or amounts that stand out in context, in order to guide expert review more effectively.

At this stage, we’re opening a small expert review pilot with controlled access and limited review batches. We are looking for people with experience in public procurement, auditing, compliance, public integrity, administrative law, investigative journalism, or data analysis applied to public contracting.

The objective is to strengthen expert labeling and improve the quality of the system’s prioritization. Access would be restricted, traceable, subject to conflict-of-interest rules, and include a short calibration step before reviewers see real cases.

Before sharing the full call for applications, I wanted to ask whether this group would consider it appropriate to post an invitation here, and if so, what the best format would be.

Thank you.
