Due to recent changes to tax laws in India, beginning August 1, 2024, India Equalisation Levy is not applicable to Google Play paid app / in-app sales to customers in India.
|
|
|
|
If you are a developer resident outside India, you will no longer see India Equalisation Levy deducted from your earnings for sales of paid apps or in-app products to customers in India after July 31, 2024. Developers can update settings, including pricing, at any time via Play Console.
