REST APIs - YANG Models?

Where can I find the YANG Model that defines Intent and Flow REST APIs?

Which models could I look for?

This is not something that we model via YANG in ONOS.  YANG is mostly for configuration rather than for control.

The REST API implementation of Flow service and Intent service can be found in FlowsWebResource.java and IntentsWebResource.java respectively.
As Thomas said, those are not modeled by YANG, but simply Java implementations.
