Load balance in a 3 nodes cluster

Hi, I've created a 3 nodes cluster and run a mininet topology in one of the nodes (sudo mn --controller remote,ip=192.168.60.14 --topo torus,3,3). Theorically i have the load balance app activated but the 9 switches are all managed by only one node. What can i do to make other nodes manage some of the switches of the network?

Hi, you can give multiple ips in the mininet command.

Or in ONOS Gui you can press "e" to balance the masters. In the ONOS CLI you can do "balance-masters" to achieve the same. 

If you want a periodic check and retry of balancing you can do app activate mlb which is an ones application that automatically does balance for you.

Hi Andrea, i've already tried with the balance-masters command, and the app activate mlb too (you can see in one of the attached documents the activated apps), but it doesn't work idk why.

This is odd indeed.

Do you see any errors in the logs ?

I've tried again and this is what appears in the logs. Seems that the load balance runs correctly but nothing happens after. 

Is it normal?

You need to modify the mininet script including all 3 controllers IPs
