Cache directory

Hi all,

I noticed that my VM consume much memory storage, I used the baobab tool to scan the storage, i see that the .cache (in /home/my_user) directory is very heavy and contains bazel and Jetbrain directories, is it safe if I clean it (remove it this cache or bazel and JetBrain) or it will damage onos? Attached you will find a screen of the baobab's results.
