ONOS P4 Trellis and SPGW

Hello

 

I’m trying to run the ONF Connect 2018 lab for SPGW.

 

Eventually, I want to run this on a Wedge 100BF-32x switch – I have the Stratum agent running on the switch and ONOS 2.2.3 connected to it.

 

However, before I do that, I want to run the BMV2 lab - https://github.com/charlesmcchan/onf-connect-18-tutorial/tree/master/lab2

 

The original VM for the lab is no longer available so I am trying to use the 2019 ngsdn VM.

 

The ONOS controller is running but when I try to run the Mininet topology using “trellis-gtp.py” I get a message that it cannot connect to the ONOS controller:

 

“Unable to contact the remote controller at localhost:6633”

 

How can I change the scenario to work on the ngsdn VM please?

Hi David,

Please check exercise 7 and 8 from the ngsdn-tutorial (“advanced" branch):

https://github.com/opennetworkinglab/ngsdn-tutorial/tree/advanced

These two exercises have been adapted from the older ONF Connect 2018 tutorial which is no longer maintained.
