Dynamic configuration - brigade join request and queries

Hello,
I would like to join in dynamic config brigade.
Also I wanted to know
1. Is dynamic development is done in onos?
2. Can we start use it?
3. As I could n't find any latest document on it after Apr, 2017
4. Do we have any examples as how to use it?

We are in plan to use in our project. Please guide me on this.
