Need help in Java Class to support the link protection and segment path

Hi Andrea, Thomas and ONOS group,

I am currently using the Dijkstra algo in ONOS and trying to do some alternate path calculation and its calculating the alternate path for me whenever i bring a link down between any two switches in mini net. 

However i want to do teh protection in terms of link and segment in the bigger mesh topology. 

by which i mean if i bring the link between 1 and 2 down it should take some alternate link only for switch 1 and 2 and not for the entire path. 

Also if i divide the bigger network of switches in terms of smaller segments , if that segement is not working then it should take alternate path only for taht particular segment. 

Are there any java classes predefined which i can use or modify

I don't think we have something which will exactly match your need.

Closest I can think of is, when computing an alternate path using TopologyService, 

use a customized LinkWeigher which will favor link which is used in the undamaged part of existing path, 

then path computation result will probably be something close to what you need.
