Why is this answer incorrect? its showing option 4 as correct

We can infer from the given information that all boys and girls are infact siblings. Hence the whole Cartesian product will be the answer.

PS: Please help me as well by answering my doubts:

ITS simple there are 3 elements in the first set and 2 in the other, the no. of ordered pairs in the cartesian product will be 3*2 = 6

Hi,
    In the question given, if Ramu is brother of Neha and Suraj is brother of Neha and Keerthi, then Ramu will also be brother of Keerthi.....right?
