Convergence and Divergence are two constant features in blended learning; 
I think there is a need to make the paradigm shift slowly as it requires a lot to be modified; i.e. Classroom setting, Students to Learners, Teachers as Facilitators of Learning and also a Learner, Support facilities, parents' viewpoints about learner centered, Stakeholder support (Administration), etc.

It is not an overnight thing, maybe a Schoolyear by Schoolyear phase change... 

Its a long road but I think at DBTC, we are already starting to walk slowly towards it...

Someone has lto take the lead.
