Status on my swarm if you’re interested. I managed to talk my wife through it. She rallied. Thanks to Lynn for the tip on Swarm Commander Spray. That was great. She sprayed it in an empty nuc box and they all gladly made there way in with a push. Harold at Beeline had a new hive kit ready and waiting for her this morning. She picked it up and brought it back to the farm. She grabbed a frame of brood from another hive, shook the bees off, and put it in the new hive. Dropped the swarm colony in there with a jar of sugar water and off to the races they go. My wife’s first day as a beekeeper and she goes to the Super Bowl while I’m stuck down in LA. Many thanks to those who helped us out along the way. And many thanks to the association for the Beekeeper class; I was able to talk her through it in a way that made sense thanks to you guys.  Steven
