Association tax

I have been on this beach since 1986 and I have talked to many people of the way the tax is figured out.

I think this is very unfair, we have no more rights or privilege's then any other member has so I believe the tax should be divided equally to all members  water view should have nothing to do with it, we already pay the town for that.

Since so many people  have so many complaints about this and that let start sharing the  burden of the tax that is so unfair to the lower end of the beach.

I have tried in the past to bring it up but was told you don't want to bring it up well I think its time.
