I have to comment on the last OLSBA email.

OLSBA authorized $18.7M not $22.7M for sewers. 

The bond resolution was to fund FOUR projects - year round water, flood remediation, street improvements and sewers.

View this email in your browser Addressing Sewer Project Cost Limits Further Thoughts on the Affordability Discussions at WPCA Meeting At our last WPCA meeting on Tuesday evening February 10, 2026 we had a lengthy discussion regarding project costs to the membership. Much of the contention centered around uncertainties related to future prices and contingencies. Our attorney, Norbert Church, succinctly summarized in his closing comments (and I paraphrase), “The association membership voted favorably to spend $22.7M on this project to comply with the State of Connecticut’s Consent Order.
