Just to confirm my cost per year $ 4131 . assuming annual $500 fee doesn’t increase. over 20 years, My total would be $ 82,620 plus approximately $ 5000 hook up plus unknown assessment by beach association for new London agreement? Does our agreement with new London put OLSBA on the hook to pay for upgrades to their treatment plant? Did Old Lyme finally sign IMA. I don’t understand why DEEP does not require White  Sands and Hawks Nest to put in sewers?
