Thank you for sending the above-referenced letter today via email. I had not known about it until today. I don’t typically look at all of the information at the OLSBA website.

I greatly appreciate all of the hard work of the WPCA and BOG. I just am trying to catch up on something that I apparently missed.

In the letter from the Sound View Sewer Coalition, LLC to the CT DEEP, it notes that our Association asked the CT DEEP to lift the consent order. Did our Association or BOG vote in favor of submitting that request? When was that request submitted? Was a copy of it emailed to everyone? How much money, if any, did our Association pay to lawyers and others in connection with that request?
