Hi,
Thank you for all the information shared last night and in the slide presentation prior to the meeting. I do have some further questions:
1. If the majority of the association votes against this project moving forward, does the association lawyer represent the majority interest or the interests of the WPCA?
2. If the vote is to move forward on November 9th, I see there is a plan to go back to the membership for another
approval vote before moving forward with awarding any contract for sewer project
construction. Is that second vote to decide if we actually move forward with the sewer work or is it a vote to decide who gets the contract for the project?
3. The limited time CWF 25% loan forgiveness deadline is in 2 years- October 2026- is that correct?
4. Is there a fail-safe plan in place or will there be one so that if we don't secure a certain percentage of funding from grants (like CWF), we won’t proceed with using the entire bond?
Thank you,
Elizabeth
