After reviewing slides please explain following question.
1. why does slide # 8 show a grand total cost per EDU of $50,795 for sewers,roads, and storm but when i go to slide # 20 it shows a grand total cost per edu of $4131 x 20 years would be $82620? a $31,825 increase.
